3. PoG administrators shall only issue permanent bans three days after the request has been made available to all those of at least templar rank. PoG administrators may not issue permanent bans based upon their own judgement, unless they recieve no negative response to the ban after the three day period.
4. PoG members should attempt to work out personal conflicts between each other. If the conflict cannot be resolved, a ranking member should be consulted.
5. PoG members are subject to the decisions of administrators, providing such decisions do not go against the Paladin Code of Honor.
6. Changes to the Paladin Code of Honor must be first discussed among ranking members.
7. PoG members should not attack fellow members in a PvP area, unless willing consent is given.
8. PoG members, in respect to fellow clans, should act as responsible diplomats. Unprovoked violence or disrespect towards other clans will not be tolerated.

Failure to do so without a notice of inactivity will result a rating deduction. 5) All events must use the application form and be planned a minimum of two weeks in advance. Recruitment Reforms |

Recruitment Reforms: Introduction:As you all know, the clan is in need of further activity in order to strive. These are the methods Duke and myself believe can aid in overcoming this drought and bring the clan back to life, both in-game and on the forums. The proposed idea may not seem acceptable at all to our culture but just hear me out. The problem:Our clan is directed at thoroughly intelligent people. We completely agree that our clan should be intelligent, however searching for only intelligent members in Runescape is like looking for the golden ticket on a Willy Wonka chocolate bar - there is an extremely limited supply. A story or two:When I first joined this clan I was not the most intelligent person you had all ever seen. i typed lik dis n stuff. If you had seen my early posts it would have been clear as to how I was when I first joined. No one would have thought I would have gone on to lead this clan on the battlefield, on the forums and in diplomatic duties. Another example is Alex399r and even Spain. Both of these guys were two arrogant little punks who needed their heads kicked in. Look at how Spain has progressed from the excessive swearing and argumentative guru to the hard working (at least until he got banned several times) and thoroughly enjoyable character. And Alex, who is now one of the most active and (at least by me) respected members of the clan. The potential solution?I propose that we reach out to a younger and perhaps dumber audience. I think we should still require the same application however lower the standard slightly. I know this sounds stupid, but this would get a much larger audience to choose our members from, and hopefully gain substantial activity. Yes, these members may be young, ignorant and annoying at first, but the way the clan has transformed the above mentioned members is worth a brief wait, if it means activity as well as potential leaders of the future. The younger members will also want to be a part of a community, which I believe will make them more willing to turn up to events. The current intelligent prowess of this clan should be effective in transforming these new, stupid members into intelligent and hard-working proper-grammar speaking elite members of society! The mentor program:In my early career in the clan, Jagflame was the man I asked all questions to and learnt from, which has a MASSIVE impact upon me in my development as a member. I was one of few to stand up for Spain and his moronic antics, and I also developed a close friendship with him, which I like to believe he worked with to develop into the fine man he is today. I recruited Alex and helped him gain a bit of perspective on what the hell he thought he was doing, which I once again believe influenced him turning into a dedicated and efficient member. The reason I tell you this, is that I believe as apart of the introduction of slightly stupider members, the need for a different mentor for each one is necessary. This will benefit them, as the mentor will help them in-game, make them feel apart of a community further, help them around the clan and also be able to correct their spelling, grammar and make sure they are making productive posts. I have already taken Mr Gadway under my wing as my 'student', not because I see him as stupid, but because I see him as having large potential as a member and want to help him harness it. Conclusion:I understand we do not want the clan to turn into a standard moronic Runescape clan with a plague of immature idiots running around cussing and posting crap. However, this sacrifice, in aid with the mentoring program, will help develop these members into fine products of the Paladins of Guthix, as well as have a large impact upon our event numbers and forum activity. Just consider it. - Crazymunk - Ideas team

Ranking Reforms |

Ranking Reforms: Introduction:Crazymunk and myself were once again discussing clan issues, and we stumbled upon the lack of leadership in the clan and the need for a possible restructure, based on the clans views. Once again, this is a suggestion like the events reforms, not a do-all end-all decision. The problem:By looking at the list of people in the Paladins+ groups, we established the lack of activity among them. Obviously this is not criticism, but we believe this is a problem for the clan in its essential functioning. Admins:Brain, DJ Admiral (has admin powers), Jagflame, Quickfinger, Mello Templars:Krivlad, Ironman Paladins:Karate Kid, Danarca, Spain, Greatmage, Lisa Kevin Let's consider this. There is 1 active administrator; the total leaders of the clan. Mello is doing a fantastic job but he cannot do it all himself. For Templars, Ironman is only semi-active, and his activity has decreased in recent times due to school commitments. I am personally active. For Paladins, Lisa Kevin is the only really active Paladin, except for Greatmage who surprisingly returned today. If you are here to stay Greatmage I welcome you back, but if you are not then I stress the point that this makes a total of 3 active members in each group. These are the 3 main groups of the clans 'government body' if I may, and with 1 active member per group, this has resulted in slow processes of application acceptance, forum maintenance and leadership in-game. The solution? What Crazymunk and myself decided was a 2-stage plan of action. 1. Eldars/High Druids:We believe that the introduction of the 'High Druid' should be reinstated into the clan rankings system. They will fulfill the duty of "druids who have proven themselves" part of the current Eldar description. Eldar should also be the new group for members who have since retired and no longer play Runescape or are simply inactive altogether. 2. Demotions:Although I do not want to offend anyone, I do believe demotions should be installed. We have too many ranking members who are not active, and are technically not contributing to the clan in such critical times for action. Although Quickfinger was a great administrator, his inactivity calls for a replacement. The inactive Templars and Paladins should become Eldars, and a member from each group should step up to replace make it 2 members in each highly-authorized group. Conclusion:I don't think many will disagree with the need for a more active and involved leadership team; particularly in the clan's current unstable state. Crazymunk and myself both believe that if these ideas are instated then the clan will be taking another step further towards a more active and ultimately improved environment for all members. - Krivlad - Development teamHope Munk doesn't care I stole his sign-off
